About

I’m a mastering engineer based in Belgium, working with artists, producers and labels across
Europe and the US.

My work centers on music with a clear sonic identity, where musical intention and atmosphere are
key elements. I approach mastering as the final creative stage of a record: an essential moment to
refine the sound, give the record a sense of cohesion, and ensure the music translates reliably and
consistently worldwide.

I value both analogue and digital tools, combining the strengths of each where they serve the music
best.

I studied Music Technology at PXL-Music. After graduating, I moved to the US to work as a
recording engineer alongside producer Peter Katis at Tarquin Studios. During this period, I
contributed to recording projects with artists such as Kurt Vile, Brian Fallon and Darlingside, while
gaining close exposure to mastering through experienced engineers including Greg Calbi at Sterling
Sound and Joe Lambert.

After returning to Belgium in late 2017, I shifted my focus fully towards mastering. I worked across
different genres, guided by a consistent perspective where musical context, emotion and impact
come first.

I’m often approached because my discography resonates with an artist’s aesthetic vision. At times,
my work has been chosen in international listening contexts, alongside other master versions, driven
by musical judgement and trust.

Alongside my studio work, I teach practical courses in recording and mixing at PXL-Music, with a
focus on critical listening, musical decision-making and engineering practice.
